Delivery

I & N Discounts offers free local shipping in the United Kingdom – via Royal Mail 24-48 Hours Tracked.

Fully tracked and traceable so you know when your purchase will be delivered. We do note that someone needs to be in to sign for the delivery.

We use DPD or Royal Mail to deliver your item to you.  Upon checkout, you will receive an estimated delivery date for your order. This will also be sent via email with your order invoice once an order is placed.

Royal Mail or DPD will deliver to your home address from Monday to Saturday, apart from bank holidays. Deliveries to remote areas and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.

When you place an order, you will get an automated confirmation. If this is not received please check your spam folder or check the email you used is correct on your order. You are solely responsible to enter the correct information on your order page.

Your item will then be dispatched the next working day. On a Royal Mail next day service. If the delivery is longer you will receive an order update. All deliveries are completed within 7-10 days and you will be kept updated every step of the way

We send updates as order notes. Please check your order tracking section to check the current status. All goods are shipped from our own warehouse in Edinburgh Scotland.
